Job: Server
Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager; Food & Beverage Director.
Job Summary:
- Sets dining areas, and serves beverages and food to club members and guests according to Country Club of Roswell rules of etiquette.
- Performs various duties to ensure excellent service and proper operating procedure of the Club.
- Job Types: Part-time.
- Pay: $16.00 - $20.00.
Special Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 1-year experience in a “full-service dining” environment.
- Must be fluent in English, both verbal & written.
- Must be able to wait on minimally 12 people at one time.
- Must be able to carry a tray in one hand, 6 beverages on a cocktail tray, and be able to serve beverages with the other hand.
- Must be able to carry a tray weighing approximately 30 pounds.
- Must have an outgoing and friendly personality and willingness to be patient and courteous with members/guests and other co-workers.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand for 6-8 hours. Be able to tolerate hot and cold conditions on the service line.
- Must be able to kneel down, bend over and stand up many times during a shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and Holidays.
- Must be able to work banquet shifts as needed.
